WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

Shari Designs, LLC operates Monday-Friday, from 10AM-9PM EST. I am closed on weekends, and all major holidays. No communication will be done outside of those business hours.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

I require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment for projects over $600. Projects under $600 require payment upfront in FULL. Both upon Terms & Conditions approval and project starting. I accept payments via debit card, credit card via Stripe, Invoicing via Stripe, as well as Cash App and Apple Pay.

WHAT IS YOUR SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY?

I book projects on a first come, first serve basis every month. If there are currently no open spots left at the time of your inquiry, you will be notified.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

​The general design proof turnaround time is 9-21 business days, depending on workload at time of order.

For branding packages, websites, and larger projects, design turnaround is 6-8 business weeks. If needed, upon availability, I offer a rush design turnaround for an additional fee, on certain services.

Once the initial design proofs are sent over, if any revisions are requested, those revised designs get sent over within 5-7 business days.

​For print orders, once the designs are finalized, the files get sent to the printing company that Shari Designs, LLC partners with, and the production time is generally 7-15 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email. If you need to expedite your shipping, you can inquire via email.

IF I AM NOT SATISFIED, OR WANT TO CANCEL A PROJECT, WHAT HAPPENS?

If it comes to this, unfortunately there is a no refund policy in place for projects already started. If you want to cancel, and your project has not been started on yet, there will be a full refund provided.

DO I OWN MY LOGO?

Yes! You have full ownership of your logo, or any other design service provided. Logo files are provided in png, jpg, pdf formats. Shari Designs, LLC retains the layered .psd Photoshop file. If needed, the .psd file to your project can be purchased - inquire via email.

WHAT IS YOUR COMMUNICATION POLICY?

I communicate via email and text message, for paper trail purposes. I do not accept phone consultations. Please allow 48-72 business hours for a reply to your inquiry. Inquiries will not be responded to on the weekends.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BEGIN MY PROJECT?

Once your payment is received, you are officially marked down as a client, and we can proceed - yay! For logo development projects, please fill out the LOGO DEVELOPMENT QUESTIONNAIRE. For all other services, PLEASE EMAIL the following:
Logo - Please provide your logo in HIGH QUALITY .png (transparent background) format.
High Quality Photos - I DO NOT work with cell phone, or low quality images. Professional photos only. If needed, I can implement one, or several of my purchased stock photos, in your design.
Verbiage - Please have the design verbiage clear and concise, for your design. Typed and sent in a Word or Note document. Names, titles, wording correct. Shari Designs, LLC will NOT BE liable for any misspelled words, bad grammar, etc.

HOW MANY REVISIONS AM I ALLOWED?

​For logos, I provide three initial logo designs. If any revisions are needed, you receive three free revisions. For any other service, I provide one design proof, and three free revisions. If any revisions are needed after that, there is a $15 fee per each additional revision.
